30-Day BINGO Challenge

When?

  • Friday, May 1st through Sunday, May 31st

 

What?

  • Two teams battling it out!  Teams will be chosen at random.  

  • The two teams will nominate a Captain and Co-Captain to work together to keep the teams motivated and accountable.

  • Team Captains will report team progress to Coach Nickie each Saturday.

  • Teams can strategize how best to complete the activities.  

  • Each time you post to social, ideally after each activity is complete, be sure to post to your own personal page with #BellCityBingoChallenge.

  • Murph prep can count towards the fitness activities.

  • Pull-up modifications can be banded or dumbbell rows.

  • Self Care can be anything you don't normally do for yourself - drink a hot cup of coffee quietly by yourself, or a glass of wine or beverage of choice, give yourself a pedicure, read a book, take a yoga or mobility class, stretch, meditate, enjoy a nap, whatever it is that you don't usually do for YOU - do it!! - take a little down time for YOU and enjoy!!  

 

Who?

  • All are welcome to join - significant others, friends, neighbors - let's get people involved!

  • Friends who would like to join can purchase a punch card for Zoom class access. Ask Coach MeLo or Coach Nickie how to go about doing this.  

 

Why?

  • FUN and Accountability!  Leverage the #StrongerTogether Bell City Community to continue your progress towards your health and fitness goals during this challenging time.

  • The team with the most activities completed at the end of the challenge will be the WINNERS with plenty of bragging rights!

 

How?

***Lets get this party started!!  Either reply to this email, comment on the Facebook post, or shoot Coach Nickie a message by EOD Friday April 24th.  Teams will be randomly selected LIVE by the Loranger Boys April 25th to give teams a few days prior to May 1st to gather teams (virtually) and create a winning strategy!

On Monday August 31, 2020, Bell City will be opening at a new (yet familiar) location, 650 Emmett St - Unit #3 in Bristol.  This address is where Bell City started, almost exactly 8 years ago.  Same building, different Unit.
