The Circuit Breaker is Bell City's High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class.  This class is run by our CrossFit trained Coaches but removes barbells and complicated gymnastics movements, clearing the way for high energy, great music and camaraderie; all while getting a good sweat!

*No prerequisite training required and all skill and fitness levels are welcome!

*Unlimited membership is a monthly recurring payment (month-to-month contract), while the 10-pack punch card option expires after 4-months and will auto-renew.
