MEMBERSHIPS - TEENS

(CrossFit Group Classes - for TEENS)

Coming in the summer of 2019, starting on July 9th and running through August 22nd, Bell City CrossFit will be offering a CrossFit Teens Summer Training Program!  This program is appropriate for kids who will be in Middle or High School this Fall and no prerequisite experience is necessary. 

 

*We have a 6 Member limit in this program, so register today to reserve your Teen's spot!

What to expect?  

  • A 60-minute high energy, technique-focused strength and conditioning class led by our Head Coach and CrossFit Kids Trainer Coach MeLo

  • The program will run twice a week, on Tuesday and Thursday evenings with the first class on July 9th and the last class on August 22nd

  • The intention of the program will be introduce the essential CrossFit (and human!) movements to Teens and pre-Teens in a fun, fast-paced and supportive setting

  • A laying of a foundation for developing a healthy lifestyle

Whether your Teens goals are improved athletic performance, healthier lifestyle or increased focus for academics, this program is designed to help them define and achieve their goals!
