(CrossFit Group Classes)
We want people to come to CrossFit to get in the best shapes of their lives, and the best way to do that is to ensure that each member is confident in their ability to safely and effectively perform each of the fundamental movements programmed into our workouts. For this reason we start people out with a 5-class "Fundamentals" program, each for 30 minutes, designed for beginners.
The Fundamentals program is essential for learning proper form and technique on all the different movements that you will be asked to do while participating our CrossFit Group classes. We at Bell City put form and technique above all else when teaching classes to help ensure your safety. Upon completion of 4 one-hour sessions, you will be eligible to join our CrossFit Group classes; the 5th class will be scheduled approximately 2 weeks after you join group classes and will be focused on any areas you feel need help.
*Fundamentals classes are required for new CrossFit athletes prior to taking CrossFit Group classes.
