FUNDAMENTALS 

(Required for CrossFit Group Classes)

We want people to come to CrossFit to get in the best shapes of their lives, and the best way to do that is to ensure that each Member is confident in their ability to safely and effectively perform each of the fundamental movements programmed into our workouts. For this reason we start people out with a 5-class "Fundamentals" program, each for 30 minutes, designed for beginners.

 

The Fundamentals program is essential for learning proper form and technique on all the different movements that you will be asked to do while participating our CrossFit Group classes. We at Bell City put form and technique above all else when teaching classes to help ensure your safety.  Upon completion of 4 one-hour sessions, you will be eligible to join our CrossFit Group classes; the 5th class will be scheduled approximately 2 weeks after you join group classes and will be focused on any areas you feel need help.

*Fundamentals classes are required for new CrossFit athletes prior to taking CrossFit Group classes.

JULY 20, 2020 Expanded Schedule

We are excited to announce that we are expanding our class offerings effective Monday, July 20th.  We will now offer Group Classes every weekday, Monday through Friday.  

The new class schedule will go into effect Monday, July 20th.  You must continue to reserve all classes via the ZenPlanner Member app.  Please be courteous to your fellow members and only reserve classes that you are going to attend. Class sizes are limited, so let's ensure that everyone has an opportunity to join the fun!

Join Coach Kiara for a series of 5 sessions focused on efficient running technique and building running endurance.  From warming up properly and breathing technique to an analysis of running form and workout recovery; the information you learn from this class can be added to your training to help reduce that stress!
