For those who keep us safe, those who are on the front lines, we take our responsibility of keeping you safe and ready for whatever the world can throw at you very seriously.  Our programming is geared toward a holistic view of fitness, one that incorporates varying intensities of strength, conditioning and muscular balance; meant to build you up, not tear you down.

How we do it:

CrossFit Group

The CrossFit prescription is applied throughout the world by law enforcement and military establishments because of it's potent ability to increase strength and conditioning, while incorporating explosiveness and varying degrees of exertion across multiple time domains.

CrossFit prides itself on preparing it's participants for the "unknown and unknowable", and our programming 

Nutrition Consultation

We feel that diet should never be overlooked, and firmly believe that you cannot outwork a bad diet.  When your life and safety depend on being at the top of your game, pairing a well-balanced nutrition program with exercise will improve all aspects of physical and mental acuity.

 

Our Nutrition Program options are designed by our Coach Nickie, who continues to work and learn directly from Dr. Barry Sears (founder of The Zone Diet) and The Zone Team at their headquarters in MA.  She will work directly with you to understand your unique needs based on the demands of your profession, and provide you the guidance to excel.

Memorial Day - May 31, 2021 - MURPH

All regularly scheduled classes are cancelled on Monday, May 31st for Memorial Day.  We will be running classes at 7:30am, 9:00am and 10:30am with 15 max participants in each class.  There will be overflow space outside for those who are waitlisted.

 

Heats have been added to our schedule in Zen Planner, and you may now register for a class time to secure your spot.
