We feel that diet should never be overlooked, and firmly believe that you cannot outwork a bad diet. When your life and safety depend on being at the top of your game, pairing a well-balanced nutrition program with exercise will improve all aspects of physical and mental acuity.
Our Nutrition Program options are designed by our Coach Nickie, who continues to work and learn directly from Dr. Barry Sears (founder of The Zone Diet) and The Zone Team at their headquarters in MA. She will work directly with you to understand your unique needs based on the demands of your profession, and provide you the guidance to excel.
