Melissa & Nicole
Co-Owners and Coaches at Bell City CrossFit
Melissa (Coach MeLo) moved from NYC with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy to become co-owner and Head Coach at Bell City. Coach MeLo has been CrossFitting for over 8 years and currently holds a number of wellness certifications and is a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer.
Nicole (Coach Nickie) stepped away from her office job in 2018 to follow her passion in health and nutrition by becoming co-owner and Head Nutrition Coach at Bell City. Coach Nickie holds a number of anti-inflammatory nutrition certifications and continues to work closely with Dr. Barry Sears to bring the latest in nutrition science to Members.
