CrossFit Kids Coming in October!
"Children and adolescents ages 6 through 17 years should do 60 minutes (1 hour) or more of moderate-to-vigorous intensity physical activity each day, including daily aerobic – and activities that strengthen bones (like running or jumping) – 3 days each week, and that build muscles (like climbing or doing push-ups) – 3 days each week." CDC
We are thrilled to announce that our incredible trio of PE Teachers are teaming up to bring CrossFit Kids to Bell City CrossFit this Fall!!
Coaches Erin, Kiara and Steph F. will be leading 3 different classes, each with programming unique to and appropriate for age ranges.
PreSchool (3-5 y/o) -10:30-11am (30 Minutes, 8 Max)
Kids L1 (6-9 y/o) - 11:15-12:00pm (45 Minutes, 10 Max)
Kids L2 (10-14 y/o) - 12:15-1:00pm (45 Minutes, 10 Max)
This is an 8-Week specialty class series running every Sunday from October 3rd to November 21st. Expect a special Halloween Edition on Sunday, October 31st.
