Not only is today Valentine's Day, but February is also American Heart Month.  What better way to remind ourselves about the health of our most important muscle!  Did you know that our heart beats approximately 100,000 times a day, to send 3,600 gallons of blood through 75,000 miles of blood vessels?   Yet, even with the criticality of this muscle "approximately 18.2 million adults age 20 and older have coronary heart disease, the most common type of heart disease. Heart disease continues to be the leading cause of death for men and women."
