Happy Valentine's Day from Bell City CrossFit!



Not only is today Valentine's Day, but February is also American Heart Month.  What better way to remind ourselves about the health of our most important muscle!  Did you know that our heart beats approximately 100,000 times a day, to send 3,600 gallons of blood through 75,000 miles of blood vessels?   Yet, even with the criticality of this muscle "approximately 18.2 million adults age 20 and older have coronary heart disease, the most common type of heart disease. Heart disease continues to be the leading cause of death for men and women." JULY 20, 2020 Expanded Schedule

We are excited to announce that we are expanding our class offerings effective Monday, July 20th.  We will now offer Group Classes every weekday, Monday through Friday.  

The new class schedule will go into effect Monday, July 20th.  You must continue to reserve all classes via the ZenPlanner Member app.  Please be courteous to your fellow members and only reserve classes that you are going to attend. Class sizes are limited, so let's ensure that everyone has an opportunity to join the fun!
