Touch and Don’t Go? An Easy Answer for Your Deadlift Problem



During the current Group Class programming cycle, we’re training our Deadlift on Fridays, building incrementally across our cycle using a linear progression. Ben Pollack is a professional power lifter who holds the all-time world record raw total of 2039 in the 198-pound class.


He also holds a Ph.D. in the history and management of strength and fitness from the University of Texas at Austin. Suffice it to say, he knows a little bit about the sport of Power Lifting. In this article written for BarBend he highlights some common weaknesses in the Deadlift and offers solutions on how to address them.


If you’re having trouble making progress on your Deadlift, read the article and identify where you’re struggling; what is your sticking point? JULY 20, 2020 Expanded Schedule

We are excited to announce that we are expanding our class offerings effective Monday, July 20th.  We will now offer Group Classes every weekday, Monday through Friday.  

The new class schedule will go into effect Monday, July 20th.  You must continue to reserve all classes via the ZenPlanner Member app.  Please be courteous to your fellow members and only reserve classes that you are going to attend. Class sizes are limited, so let's ensure that everyone has an opportunity to join the fun!
