During the current Group Class programming cycle, we’re training our Deadlift on Fridays, building incrementally across our cycle using a linear progression. Ben Pollack is a professional power lifter who holds the all-time world record raw total of 2039 in the 198-pound class.
He also holds a Ph.D. in the history and management of strength and fitness from the University of Texas at Austin. Suffice it to say, he knows a little bit about the sport of Power Lifting.
