WORKOUT RECOVERY YOGA
CrossFit isn't merely about getting into the gym and pounding heavy weights and high intensity metcons (although that's certainly fun!), it's about the improvement of overall health and wellness, better movement and avoiding the ravages that are brought on by aging.
Our holistic approach includes strength, conditioning, nutrition and movement; the whole package. Workout Recovery Yoga is a big part of ensuring that our performance is at its best every time we step into the gym and that we continue to move through our full ranges of motions outside of the gym.
