In response to social distancing guidelines related to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have added virtual-only option for Members.  These virtual classes run alongside our in-person classes, leveraging the power of Zoom to give you the in-gym feel, while exercising at home.

Each day's programming will have an in-person and at-home version, which will be Coach led from in the gym straight to the comfort of your home workout space!

The virtual-only option can be purchased individually or as part of one of our Total Wellness Transformation Packages.
