🎅Welcome to our very special Holiday Week!
We have 3 special Holiday workouts for you this week with "12 Days of Xmas" on Wednesday, "Deck the Wall Balls" on Friday, and "Naughty or Nice" on Saturday.
📅Remember, we have a modified schedule this week:
• Wednesday: 5:30a, 7:45a, 9a, and 12p
• Thursday: No Group Class (Christmas Day)
📅We also have a modified schedule for New Year's next week:
• Wednesday (Dec 31): 5:30a, 7:45a, 9a, and 12p
• Thursday (New Year's Day): 7:45a, 9a, and 12p
💦Keep up with the December Lock In Challenge! Only one week left! Finish out the year strong. All you have to do is:
• Start each day with 8oz of water
• Get 30min of movement per day
• Track protein
• BONUS: go to bed and wake up at the same time for 4 consecutive days, get 7hrs of sleep per night!
Here's a look at our week ahead:
Monday we have Burpees, Push Press, and Back Rack Lunges. Tuesday will be some Bodybuilding with Biking and Sit Ups. Wednesday is the "12 Days of Xmas." Thursday, no group class. Friday is "Deck the Wall Balls." Saturday will be "Naughty or Nice." Sunday we finish the week off with a Running and DB Movement Workout.
Here's your weekly rundown:
• MONDAY: (EFFORT) Back Rack Split Squats... AMRAP Burpees, Push Press, Back Rack Lunges
• TUESDAY: (GRIND) Bent Over Rows, Floor Press, Wall Sit... Bike Cals and Sit Ups
• WEDNESDAY: (GRIND) "NCFIT 12 Days of Xmas"
• THURSDAY: (HEAVY) No Group Class... But Heavy Clean and Jerk and Box Jump Overs
• FRIDAY: (EFFORT) "Deck the Wall Balls"
• SATURDAY: (EFFORT) "Naughty or Nice"
• SUNDAY: (GRIND) AMRAP Run, DB Renegade Rows, DB Slides, Walking Lunges
