We hope you had a wonderful Holiday Season with your friends and families!
Last week, we saw 3 Holiday themed workouts. This week, we'll have "Countdown to Midnight" for NYE: 2 Rounds of Double Unders, Rowing, Thrusters, and Bar Muscle Ups and "Push N' Pull" for New Year's Day: Wall Walks, Ring Dips, Hang Power Cleans, and Back Rack Lunges.
🗓️Remember, we have a modified schedule this week for NYE/NYD:
• Wednesday (Dec 31): 5:30a, 7:45a, 9a, and 12p
• Thursday (New Year's Day): 7:45a, 9a, and 12p
Weather: As we head into the winter months, please know that we always make every effort to keep the gym open as long as it is safe for both our coaches and members to travel to and from classes.
❄️In the event that we do need to cancel classes due to weather, you can expect the following communications:
• A Facebook post in the Bell City CrossFit Private Members Group
• An email message sent to the email address we have on file for you in ZenPlanner
You will also see affected classes marked as cancelled/unavailable in both ZenPlanner and SugarWOD.
As a reminder, we post a daily At-Home Workout in SugarWOD so you can continue training even if you’re unable to make it into the gym.

Only a few days left of the December Lock In Challenge!
• Start each day with 8oz of water
• Get 30min of movement per day
• Track protein
• BONUS: go to bed and wake up at the same time for 4 consecutive days, get 7hrs of sleep per night!
Here's a look at our week ahead:
Monday we have multiple 5:00 AMRAPs of various DB and Bodyweight movements. Tuesday we have Biking and Deadlifts. Wednesday is "Countdown to Midnight." Thursday is "Push N' Pull" for New Years Day. Running, Toes to Bar, and Rope Climbs for Friday. Bench Press on Saturday. Sunday we will close out the week with some Quality Cardio, and DB/Bodyweight work.

• MONDAY: (EFFORT) Skill: Static Holds... 5:00 AMRAPs: DB Shoulder to Overhead, Goblet Squats, Burpees, Box Jumps
• TUESDAY: (HEAVY) 4x5 Deadlifts... then Biking and Deadlifts
• WEDNESDAY: (GRIND) "Countdown to Midnight"
• THURSDAY: (GRIND) "Push N' Pull"
• FRIDAY: (GRIND) Running, Toes to Bar, Rope Climbs
• SATURDAY: (EFFORT) Bench Press... AMRAP Bike, Wall Balls, Burpee Box Jump Overs
• SUNDAY: (QUALITY) Choice Cardio, DB, BW Movements
