You have gotten 2026 off to a fantastic start! Keep up the great work!

đź’ŞThis week marks the midway point of our 12 week strength cycle for Back Squats, Strict Press, and Deadlifts. This is the last week before a deload, so it will be the heaviest week thus far.
Back Squats will be Monday with 4 sets of 2 at 80-82%. Strict Press will be 5x2 at 75% on Tuesday. Deadlifts are Wednesday with 4x2 at 80-82%. Next week, we will deload and continue our progression from there.

We have officially made it to the 2026 CrossFit Games Open! The Open kicks off with the 26.1 live announcement on Thursday 2/26! Registration is still underway and will run all the way up to the submission deadline for 26.1. Â
If you are new here, or approaching your first Open, the CrossFit Games Open is the first leg of a year-long qualification process for the CrossFit Games World Championships at the end of every year. The Open is an international, online competition that every CrossFit gym in the world takes part in, lasting a total of 3 weeks. Register and learn more about the Open/Games Season HERE
As always, the Open workouts will be group class on Fridays during the 3-week period. If you need to make it up or redo a workout, please coordinate that with a coach/judge.

❄️Weather Updates: As we head into the winter months, please know that we always make every effort to keep the gym open as long as it is safe for both our coaches and members to travel to and from classes.
In the event that we do need to cancel classes due to weather, you can expect the following communications:
• A Facebook post in the Bell City CrossFit Private Members Group
• An email message sent to the email address we have on file for you in ZenPlanner
You will also see affected classes marked as cancelled/unavailable in both ZenPlanner and SugarWOD.
As a reminder, we post a daily At-Home Workout in SugarWOD so you can continue training even if you’re unable to make it into the gym.

Here's a look at our week ahead:
Monday is Back Squats and Biking with DB Lunges. Tuesday will be our Strict Press with Rowing and Box Jump Overs. Deadlift Day on Wednesday. Thursday we will revisit "Annie." Friday is Open Workout 20.5 (Muscle Ups, Rowing, Wall Balls). Saturday will be Running, Wall Walks, and DB Movements. Sunday we will Flow and Glow again with another Cardio/Core Day.

• FRIDAY: (CHALLENGE) Open Workout 20.5
• SATURDAY: (CHALLENGE)  Partner Running and DB Workout and Gymnastics EMOM
• SUNDAY: (QUALITY) Bodyweight/Core/Cardio
