We are picking up with an intense week in our strength cycle before we get into our retest. This week, we have 3x2 at 78-82%. Back Squats Monday, Strict Press Wednesday, and Deadlifts Thursday.

💪💪Happy Sunday Bell City!

Great work everyone on completing the 2026 CrossFit Games Open! We had a great showing for Friday Night Lights! Be sure to upload your scores by 8pm on Monday!

With the Open coming to a close, the top 25% can advance into Individual/Age-Group Quarterfinals. Quarterfinals will take place March 26-30th. Keep an eye out for more info as we are trying to coordinate some events/support for our QF Athletes! You can learn more about the season HERE.

We are picking up with an intense week in our strength cycle before we get into our retest. This week, we have 3x2 at 78-82%. Back Squats Monday, Strict Press Wednesday, and Deadlifts Thursday.

We'll also continue some solid gymnastics work and barbell cycling!

Here's a look at our week ahead:

Monday we have Squat Cleans and Handstand Push Ups to go along with our Back Squatting. Tuesday will be Bar Muscle Up Practice with Biking, Kettlebell Swings, and Toes to Bar. Wednesday will be Strict Press with Rowing and Running Intervals. Deadlifting Thursday. Friday will feature some Snatch Cycling with a shoulder burner of Wall Walks, Overhead Squats, and Pull Ups. Saturday will be Running, DB Farmers Carry, and Burpee Box Get Overs. We will close out the week Sunday with a Quality EMOM.

• MONDAY: (CHALLENGE) Back Squats 3x2 @78-82%... Squat Cleans an HSPU

• TUESDAY: (GRIND) BMU Skill... Biking, KBS, TTB Intervals

• WEDNESDAY: (STEADY) Strict Press 3x2 at 78-82% then Rowing and Running

• THURSDAY: (PAIN CAVE) Deadlifts 3x2 at 78-82%... DB Walking Lunge + Burpees

• FRIDAY: (CHALLENGE) Snatch Cycling... Wall Walks, Overhead Squat, Pull Ups

• SATURDAY: (GRIND) Run, Farmers Carry, Burpee Box Get Overs

• SUNDAY: (QUALITY) EMOM Cardio, Step Ups, Toes to Bar, Rope Climb
