Programming Sneak Peek (3/16-3/22)

Nice work last week as we hit some heavier lifts in preparation for TEST WEEK. That's right, this week we will be retesting our Back Squat, Strict Press, and Deadlift. These will be conduced Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday respectively. Lifting is front loaded this week to accommodate Individual/Age Group Quarterfinals!

Nice work last week as we hit some heavier lifts in preparation for TEST WEEK. That's right, this week we will be retesting our Back Squat, Strict Press, and Deadlift.

These will be conduced Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday respectively. Lifting is front loaded this week to accommodate Individual/Age Group Quarterfinals!

🏋️‍♀️🏋️‍♀️With the Open coming to a close, the top 25% can advance into Individual/Age-Group Quarterfinals. We had a good amount of people qualify. Quarterfinals workouts will be announced on Monday and scores can be uploaded March 26-30th. Keep an eye out for more info as we are trying to coordinate some events/support for our QF Athletes! Depending on what the workouts are, Quarterfinals, or a variation of Quarterfinals will likely be incorporated into group class from Thursday-Sunday. This will depend on timing, complexity, and accessibility, but will give those participating in QF a guaranteed time to do the workouts, as well as giving everyone else an opportunity to try out scaled variations for fun!

Here's a look at our week ahead:

Monday we will test our Back Squat along with "Jackie." Tuesday will be our Strict Press Test along with a Double Unders, Push Ups, and DB Bench. Wednesday will be our Deadlifting with Biking and V-Ups. Thursday-Sunday will most likely be a variation of Quarterfinals workouts. There is also regularly programmed Mayhem group class programming in case the QF workouts don't fit for Group Class.

Here's your weekly rundown:

• MONDAY: (PAIN CAVE) 1 RM Back Squat... "Jackie" (1000m Row, 50 Thrusters, 30 Pull Ups)

• TUESDAY: (CHALLENGE) 1 RM Strict Press... Double Unders, Push Ups, DB Bench

• WEDNESDAY: (PAIN CAVE) 1 RM Deadlift... Biking and V-Ups

• THURSDAY: (CHALLENGE) Quarterfinals

• FRIDAY: (CHALLENGE) Quarterfinals

• SATURDAY: (CHALLENGE) Quarterfinals

• SUNDAY: (CHALLENGE) Quarterfinals
