Great work last week on 26.1! We kicked off the 2026 season with a real pain cave doozie!

Like last week, The Open workout will be announced during a live event on Thursday and will be done in group class on Friday.
Remember, Saturday and Sunday programming through the duration of the Open is subject to change based on what the Open throws at us. We'll try not to hit the same things on back to back days, and use the weekend workouts to flush things out and recover.
💪💪This week's Open Theme is Decades! Break out your favorite decade-themed attire!
As far as programming goes, we'll continue our strength cycle with Back Squats Monday, Deadlift Tuesday, and Strict Press Wednesday. Everything this week is 3x3 at 65%. This should help us stay fresh for the Open while maintaining the work we have already put in this cycle.
Here's a look at our week ahead:
Monday is Back Squats and Biking, DB Front Squat, Toes to Bar intervals. Tuesday will be Deadlifts and Burpee Box Jump Overs. Wednesday is Strict Press with Rowing and Handstand Practice. Thursday is Double Unders, Air Squats, and DB Ground to Overhead. Friday will be 26.2. Saturday and Sunday are subject to change based on the Open... As of now, Saturday is Squat Cleans and Rowing and Sunday is a Flow and Glow EMOM.
Here's your weekly rundown:

• SUNDAY: (QUALITY) Flow and Glow Cardio
