Welcome to April!

Congratulations to all of our Quarterfinals athletes who completed 4 difficult tests this weekend! Be sure to upload scores by 3pm Monday!

Also congratulations to everyone that got a chance to do these workouts in group class, as well as all the PRs from completing our strength cycle!

With that intense week behind us, we will be entering a DELOAD week so we can rest and recover. Expect more cardio this week as well as some nice bodyweight/lighter workouts. Take this as an opportunity to recover so we can hit our next cycle hard.

Here's a look at our week ahead:

Monday we have a longer AMRAP of Running and Strict Cindy. Wall Walks, Toes to Bar, and Box Jump Overs for Tuesday. Wednesday will be Biking, and Power Clean intervals. Running and Strict Handstand Push Ups for Thursday. Friday calls for Double Unders and Goblet Squats. Saturday is another Partner Workout with Running, Deadlifts, Power Cleans, and Shoulder to Overhead. We will close out the week on Sunday with Lunges, V-Ups, and Farmers Carry.

• TUESDAY: (CHALLENGE) Intervals of Wall Walks, Toes to Bar, and Box Jump Overs

• WEDNESDAY: (CHALLENGE) Bike and Power Cleans

• THURSDAY: (QUALITY) Running and Strict HSPU

• FRIDAY: (CHALLENGE) Double Unders and Goblet Squats

• SATURDAY: (GRIND) Running, Deadlifts, Power Cleans, Shoulder to Overhead

• SUNDAY: (STEADY) Walking Lunges, V-Ups, Farmers Carry
