Happy Sunday Bell City!

We have officially made it to June... and our new training cycle!

The 5 months of the year have flown by with structured lifting and dedicated cycles to our training. For the month of June, we are going to take a step back and take some time with a more Classic CrossFit, less structured approach.

You should expect to see a fun mix of strength, gymnastics, skill development, and conditioning. But it will be less-rigid/linear. Strength training will flow WITH the workouts, we will be revisiting several classic CrossFit Workouts, and we will be having tons of fun doing it.

This week is technically a deload, but you will still see some fun workouts, including several from the Mayhem Classic a few weeks ago including the Dirty 30 on Tuesday, Midline Century on Thursday and Froning's Revenge on Friday.

Here's a look at our week ahead:

Monday is Dumbbell Bench, Double Unders, and Lunges. Dirty 30s on Tuesday. June Burpee Challenge and Randy on Wednesday. Midline Century Thursday. Froning's Revenge on Friday. Saturday is a partner workout of Running, Biking, and Burpees. Sunday we will close out the week with a nice flow of Kettlebell Swings, Jump Rope, and Push Ups.

Here's your weekly rundown:

• MONDAY: (CHALLENGE) DB Bench, Double Unders, Lunges, Run

• TUESDAY: (CHALLENGE) Dirty 30s: Back Squat, Chest to Bar, Bar Muscle Ups

• WEDNESDAY: (CHALLENGE/PAIN CAVE) Burpee Challenge... Randy: 75 Snatches for time

• THURSDAY: (PAIN CAVE) Midline Century: Row, Sit Up, Toes to Bar

• FRIDAY: (CHALLENGE) Froning's Revenge: Rope Climbs, Handstand Walk, Front Squats

• SATURDAY: (STEADY) Run, Bike, Burpees

• SUNDAY: (GRIND) Double Unders, Kettlebell Swings, Push Ups
