Great job last week with all that tempo work!
We'll continue our training cycle this week with another wide variety of great training.
We'll hit a Snatch Complex on Monday, a Strict Press + Push Press Complex on Tuesday, and a Heavy 2-Rep Bench Press on Thursday, mixed in with some solid, Summer-themed workouts.

Remember the first Sunday of every month is Bring A Friend Day. Help us grow our community by inviting friends in to train for free. Our next BAF day will be July 5. Friends can sign up using this LINK or through the Zen Planner app.
Here's a look at our week ahead:
Monday is a Snatch Complex and an Air Squat, Toes to Bar, Power Snatch workout. Tuesday is our Push Press with more Burpees. Running and Heavy Deadlifts on Wednesday. 2 Rep Bench Press Thursday. Friday we have a longer grind of Rowing, Thrusters, and Pull Ups. Saturday is "Cannonball!" a partner workout followed by a heavy Power Clean. We will finish the week on Sunday with Biking, Double Unders, and Overhead Carries.
