Rob Snide
- CrossFit Level 1 Trainer (CF-L1)
Coach Rob started his CrossFit journey in August, 2023 at Bell City CrossFit. Originally, his primary goal was weight loss, but as time went on he met his weight loss goal and found himself loving the competitive aspect of CrossFit. He then started focusing on pushing himself to improve his strength, cardiovascular fitness and skill to improve his overall performance.
Rob started trying to learn the more complex movements in order to keep up with many of the people around him. In doing so, he found a passion reignited which he hadn’t felt since being an athlete in high school and college. Within his competitive nature, he found a family at Bell City and fell in love with the atmosphere and people who attended the classes he took. He began looking forward to the workouts every morning.
He began working on progressions to develop the more complex gymnastics skills such as muscle ups and double-unders, and eventually decided to take his L1 course with Coach Makayla, so that he could further develop as an athlete and gain a better understanding of the CrossFit methodology itself. It was at his L1 course that he realized that along with his passion for competition, he also had a strong passion for teaching and coaching as well.
Coach Rob is energetic and enthusiastic. He is always striving to improve and enjoys pushing his Bell City Family to be their best. Rob Is super pumped to start coaching and helping people reach the goals they aspire to. He is always willing to keep pushing those that want to reach their full potential!
